This includes disputes related to delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

We do not offer refunds for duplicate purchases resulting from customer ordering errors. If you believe a genuine technical error caused a duplicate charge, contact us within 14 days at info@glowtheyneversaw.com.

If a customer submits incorrect contact information, they must contact support to request manual re-delivery. Refunds will not be issued for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.
